We, CLAIMS BALKANS DOO, are a legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia. In order to protect your interests as a subject of personal data, we have appointed CLAIMS GLOBAL Oy (Business ID: 3272019-2) as our representative in the European Union (the “EU”).
You and the supervisory authorities can contact both CLAIMS BALKANS DOO and CLAIMS GLOBAL on any issues related to personal data processing in order to ensure compliance with the GDPR.

TERMINOLOGY
Let's find out what it is about.
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”, meaning you).
“Identifiable natural person” (You) is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (such as “cookies”) or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

“Controller” (CLAIMS BALKANS DOO) means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by EU or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by EU or Member State law.
“Representative” (CLAIMS GLOBAL Oy) means a natural or legal person established in the European Union who, designated by the controller or processor in writing pursuant to Article 27, represents the controller or processor with regard to their respective obligations under this Regulation.
“Consent” of the data subject (you) means any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN AND MINORS
We do not process personal data of individuals under 15 (fifteen) years old if he (she) is a citizen of an EU Member State or any other country. Please refrain from using our service if you are under 15 (fifteen) years old and you are a citizen of an EU Member State or any other country.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not process special categories of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and we refrain from processing of genetic data, of biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

the right to rectification of personal data | If your personal data is inaccurate or incompleted, you have the right to have the data rectified or completed, by us, without undue delay. We have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

To exercise your right, one of the following conditions must be met:
(a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; (c) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (d) you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR pending the verification whether the our legitimate grounds override those of yours. We do not have an automated decision-making process, including profiling, based on your personal data.
YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT TO PROCESSING 2
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us.
You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise your right, you must write an application specifying the personal data that your objection concerns by e-mail at info@claimsip.com or by mail.
We will check your application and stop processing from the date of acceptance of the application.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
We store your personal data during the entire session on our website or even after it for a maximum period of up to six months, depending on the purpose of processing.
